LEED Overview

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a green building certification program that recognises best-in-class building strategies and practices. LEED certification provides independent verification of a building’s green features, allowing for the design, construction, operations and maintenance of resource-efficient, high-performing, healthy, cost-effective buildings. To receive LEED certification, buildings must satisfy prerequisites and earn points to achieve different levels of certification.

Vattanac Capital has prepared guidelines to help tenant design and build sustainable interiors and adopt green building practices. These Guidelines will also assist the tenant areas to achieve USGBC’s LEED 2009 for Commercial Interiors.
